Sometimes Medical Intuitive work or Reiki brings insights and shifts that facilitate spontaneous healings. Other times, buried belief systems, fears, abandoned dreams, or limiting patterns come to light. People might recognize how these factors contribute to their health problem(s), but they do not know how to move beyond their current state. Life Coaching sessions help to clarify goals and objectives. They also provide manageable steps to take towards change.
In addition to Coaching sessions as follow-up to Medical Intuitive and Reiki sessions, I particularly enjoy coaching people in the following areas:
- Helping you to find your own nutritional style and attitudes about your body, then custom-creating ways to nourish yourself with healthier food choices and habits.
- Providing intuitive and practical guidance for artists, writers, alternative health care providers, and other entrepreneurs to bring forth their unique gifts into the world.

- Encouraging you to take a leap of faith. (As someone who used to pride herself on the ability to make "purely rational" decisions, believe me, I understand the struggle!)

- Replacing destructive addictions with healthier habits.
- Balancing a religious upbringing with how you feel called to live your life.

- Editing and helping you brainstorm for application essays, ads, personal statements or other written projects.
- Helping you to improve your own intuition.
