St. Theresa is known as the Saint of The Little Ways. She believed in doing small things with great love. For people who do not feel up to the task of a "big spiritual calling," Saint Theresa offers ways to bring touches of the Divine into the everyday.

"Is it so bad, then, to be misunderstood? Pythagoras was misunderstood, and Socrates, and Jesus, and Luther, and Copernicus, and Galileo, and Newton, and every pure and wise spirit that ever took flesh. To be great is to be misunderstood." Ralph Waldo Emerson

"What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us." Ralph Waldo Emerson

"i thank You God for most this amazing
day: for the leaping greenly spirits of trees
and a blue true dream of sky; and for everything
which is natural which is infinite which is yes." --E.E. Cummings
St. Theresa's Prayer
May today there be peace within.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received,
and pass on the love that has been given to you.
May you be content knowing you are a child of God....
Let this presence settle into your bones,
and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love.
It is there for each and every one of us.

"Your body is precious. It is our vehicle for awakening. Treat it with care." Buddha
